ISO 9001:2015

Consistent quality management is our foundation, the quality assurance is a permanently accompanying process. Therefore, we have adjusted our QM system in accordance with the new norm quite early and applied the upgrade. Only one year after release of the revised version of the ISO 9001:2015, ZPP has succeeded in passing the inspection in the course of the rotational recurring audit.

The new norm concedes more freedom to companies concerning how they are defining their processes, resources and documentation. This way, we can adjust ourselves to new market requirements much quicker in international competition, being able to react to customer requirements even better.
