SOCOTEC strengthens its position in Germany

The SOCOTEC Group has just acquired Schollenberger, a company specialised in ground investigation services for ordnance detection. With this step, SOCOTEC doubles its size in Germany.

Schollenberger is the German and Austrian leader in ordnance detection on land and at sea. It is involved in the main construction and infrastructure projects. In Germany, ordnance detection is a requirement for every construction and infrastructure project.

With this move, SOCOTEC becomes a powerful TIC* player in Germany and a trusted partner in the Building, Real-Estate and Infrastructure markets. In Germany, the Group now operates from 17 locations, with 800 people generating more than € 80 million in revenues.
