VDI knowledge forum

ZPP was active with two lectures in two weeks over the course of the VDI knowledge forum, the leading provider for further training of engineers and technical specialists and executives in Germany.

On the 21st and 22nd of June 2017, the 38th VDI/VDEh forum maintenance was held in Salzgitter. As a marketplace for ideas and exchange as well as a renowned competence centre, the forum maintenance provides access to current expert knowledge. On the second day of the event, Dipl.-Ing. Carsten Kehlen gave a lecture on the topic "modern maintenance strategies in the construction technology with consideration of the planned service life".

On the 4th and 5th of July 2017, the VDI specialist conference tunnelling in Raunheim near Frankfurt was held, under the guidance of Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Fritz Grübl. The fields BIM, fire safety and maintenance were among the core topics of the conference. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ludger Speier reported on the key subject of fire safety and safety for railway and street tunnels about "experiences with the fire safety-technological retrofitting of street tunnels".
