Structural planning for the expansion of the StadionCenters

Expansion of the StadionCenter by one part of the office building, the VIP lounge as a connective construction between office transom and the stadium, as well as a detached part of the rewirpower lounge on the 3rd floor, on the west side of the stock. Additional attachment of a fitness area.

Due to the short construction period at hand, the majority of the structures was planned via precast concrete element method.

The western attachment of the rewirpower lounge was especially elaborate, as it had to be erected without any contact to the ground, due to the expectedly occurring subsidence differences, and therefore, it had to be stiffed solely by the strongly eccentrically arranged staircase core. Additionally, the ceiling panel (with a thickness of 12 cm) was to be processed as a panel, that were built from prestressed pi-slab-precast elements.

The supporting steel concrete construction of the area of the VIP lounge on the 3rd floor overstretches the area between StadionCenter and the stadium. Here, the steel concrete support links are executed with spans of up to 15,0 m, in order to maintain a widely support-free construction.

The commissioned service included the specialist planning in section 1 - structural planning for the service phases 1-6 (basic evaluation, pre-planning, draft planning, approval planning, execution planning, preparation of the contract awarding), according to HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers). Our services also encompassed the proof of the sound and thermal protection.
