Sewer system Emscher
Development and operation of an online monitoring and analysis system
The execution of the construction phase 40 of the Emscher sewer tunnel will be accompanied by the Emschergenossenschaft with an online monitoring and analysis system.
The construction will be executed as a tubbing route from the Bernemündung to the pumping station Oberhausen, measuring 10 km twice via a double tube system. This will be implemented between 2014 and 2017 with mechanical drifts by tubbing construction.
The drift-accompanying software system includes the capture, visualisation, analysis, documentation and monitoring of all data and information gathered through the drift and the foundation of the sewage tubes. Data captured includes a) the machine data of the tunnelling machine, b) the data from the construction-accompanying, geodesic preservation of evidence of the terrain surface and the deviation of position of the sewage tubes and c) the data of the tubbing production and the construction of the sewage tubes. The collected data is saved centrally in a data bank, then provided to the users online through an internet portal in real time. The data is also monitored in regard to specific advisory and alarm values.
The software system was developed for the on-site construction supervision IBB Emscher, within the context of the association of engineers “ZMM-Monitoring”.
