Regular verifications and site inspections are necessary in order to be in a position to identify in due time any damage that could impair operations or safety in aging buildings. And in the case of certain types of buildings this is in fact mandatory. Whatever the case, ZPP INSPEKTION helps you ensure your buildings’ long-term commercial viability.

Be it high-rises, industrial plants or power stations, cooling towers, sewage systems or tunnels – our highly experienced building inspectors identify, document and assess existing damage and recommend safe and cost-effective solutions for you.

Extensive modernization is not always necessary; for example, by deploying monitoring systems that measure the status (e.g., ZMM Monitoring for tunnels) the one or other instance of costly maintenance was avoided – or the required inputs optimized.

Our ZPP INSPEKTION seal of certification helps you recognise when your buildings or sections of them need to be inspected again.

We document our findings for you not only in printed form, but also make them available for you completely digitally in our online system. In the online system the entire documentation on your building can be easily supplemented at any time. With a building log prepared digitally in this way you make certain that information cannot get lost, even after a change in responsibilities in your organisation or in your payroll. Meaning you always have your building completely under tabs.
